Our Services
Substance Abuse & Prevention
Objective: Offer substance use counseling, addiction recovery services, and relapse prevention programs.
Activities: Group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and substance abuse prevention education
Holistic Wellness
Objective: Integrate physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being into mental health care.
Activities: Yoga, guided meditation, art therapy, and fitness programs.

Counseling & Therapy
Objective: Support individuals (juveniles and adults) in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships. Our therapists provide a neutral space to explore issues and work together towards a healthier connection.
Activities: Group therapy (PSR), role-playing, team building and trust exercises, mindfulness & emotional regulation, and support groups.
AIDS/HIV Prevention
Objective: Support individuals living with HIV/AIDS by providing holistic mental health services, emotional support, and community resources tailored to their needs
Activities: Stigma reduction programs, social and community support, and case management.
Community Referral Program
Objective: Connecting individuals with essential services within the community.
