Conflict Resolution Education
Objective: Provide educational tools and practical strategies that help individuals develop communication, conflict, resolution, and relationship skills.
Activities: Educational workshops, mindfulness, education, wellness, activities, guided reflection, and communication exercise exercises.
Legacy Wellness Center empowers individuals to develop skills, make positive choices, and pursue an healthier and more fulfilling life.
Sport Psychoeducation
Objective: Support youth and adults and developing communication, teamwork, conflict, resolution, and relationship skills through sport base, education, and coaching.
Activities: Team building and trust exercises, mindfulness & emotional regulation education, community activities and structured support groups.
Community Referral Program
Objective: We help individuals identify available community programs and resources that may support their educational, social, wellness, and personal development goals.
Juveniles lay the foundation for the legacy, while adults fortify and expand it, ensuring that future generations continue to build upon it.
